Corcoran Perry & Co. - Goldsmith

The Goldsmith Neighborhood

Developed in the 60s and 70s, Goldsmith remains a smaller, quiet community of suburban-like houses situated on winding, tree-lined streets. A variety of traditional two story homes and tri-levels on larger lots are the norm, and although the neighborhood itself offers little amenities within its borders, easy access to shopping and dining are close by, and popular Bible Park is a few blocks away. Equidistant between Downtown Denver and the Tech Center, a light rail connection at Yale Avenue offers an easy connection to both.
