The Downtown Neighborhood

Denver’s central business district is finally becoming a 24 hour city, offering a lively mix of business, arts, entertainment, recreation, dining and shopping in the area. Stroll to Sculpture Park, dine on a smorgasbord of restaurants of all types, and shop till you drop at 16th Street Mall. Do whatever your heart desires, sans car, in this Denver neighborhood.

If you prefer to take a short ride instead of walking, you're in luck! Downtown has excellent transportation with three Light Rail lines running through it as well as a plethora of bus lines. It is also a biker's paradise with a solid 10 bike score if you're looking to make your own routes at faster times.

Downtown is home to some of the city’s most celebrated places with 16th Street Mall, The Curtis Hotel with the Denver Performing Arts Center right across the street, the Colorado Convention Center, and Ocean Prime.
