Corcoran Perry & Co. - Cole

The Cole Neighborhood

Founded in the 1870s, Cole is one of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, and consists primarily of single family homes, including plentiful bungalows and victorians. Two community parks bring the community together, Russell Square Park and St. Charles Park Cole, and it has an active neighborhood association and membership. Adjacent to the popular RiNo neighborhood, Cole is slated for a $250 million mixed-use project, Denver Rock Drill, proposed for the northwestern part of the neighborhood near the 38th and Blake transit station. The project takes its name from the historic Denver Rock Drill Manufacturing Company building at the site.
