It has managed to retain nearly all of its original architecture of classic brick ranches, which gives the area a unique, original charm. It’s home to Cluster Studios, a large former warehouse and early pioneer of a mixed use creative workspaces, providing office and studio space for a variety of innovators, entrepreneurs, and businesses that includes a professional photo studio, art galleries, and a popular event space. The neighborhood is named for the historical former George W. Clayton Trust and College located on the northwest corner of Martin Luther King Blvd. and Colorado Blvd, and has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
