Berkeley has great walkability thanks to the boutiques, restaurants, breweries, galleries, salons, and more off of Tennyson Street. The neighborhood’s warm energy comes from the pedestrain culture, with people always out and about. Tennyson street is also part of the First Friday Art Walks that take place around Denver every month.

Though bus stops are sparse, Berkeley offers quick I-70 freeway access. 38th Ave is the southern boundary and allows for quick access to downtown, Coors field or I-25. You can be west-bound toward the mountains in no time or Downtown in 10 minutes in a car.

Tennyson Street is home to the Denver Cat Company, one of the first cat cafes in the country! It has coffee, teas, wifi, cat-themed gifts, and even adoptable cats who are ready to go home with any customers who complete their adoption process. Fun fact: the Denver Cat Company is responsible for over 100 cat adoptions each year. Plus, you’ll find more than a Cat Cafe on Tennyson!
