We’ve worked with Brad on both the purchase and sale side, and we truly can’t say enough good things about our experience with him.
Our purchase was anything but straightforward—a foreclosed, bank-owned property with multiple addenda, inspection issues, deadlines, and ongoing negotiations. Brad really stood out as a calm, strong negotiator who knew when to push, when to hold firm, and how to protect our interests. Patrick was absolutely fantastic through this whole process and we absolutely loved working with him. He was kind, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, straightforward, and extremely helpful. We were looking for someone who could "dumb things down" for us as first time buyers and he did a fantastic job with answering our questions and explaining complex issues simply. We were also looking for someone to be as excited as we were to be buying our first house and Patrick easily matched our energy and maintained a positive attitude throughout the whole process, but he also expressed his own frustrations when we ran into closing delays, which helped us feel validated in our frustrations. We aren't planning to buy another property any time soon but when we do Patrick will absolutely be the realtor we turn to, and when our friends and family move to buying houses we'll be recommending him with expediency. We deeply appreciate everything he did for us and hope to work with him again

Mr Pohs is not like the normal agent - ones who only want the listing. Mr. Pohs understood the neighborhood, the market, and most importantly; professional relationship with the seller
Mr. Pohs helped with staging, open house every weekend, negotiating. The little details matter; Patrick even took the leaf blower cleaned the sidewalk.
