Kathleen was amazing! Due to Covid and us living in a different state she was wonderful with doing video walkthroughs and being our eyes on the ground. Her knowledge of the areas we looked at was incredibly valuable. Her analysis of the market allowed for us to put in a competitive offer and get the house while also not over paying.
