We highly recommend Paul Kourkoulis. We needed to sell our home quickly to meet the timeline of our contracted purchase that was contingent on the sale of our current home. We were concerned it would be difficult to sell our attached home in time in this market.
We knew we needed to price our sale perfectly to sell in time without undercutting our equity. We priced as Paul suggested, made the small fixes he pointed out, and had two strong offers a couple of days after going on the market. We were under contract within a week and closed well before required by the terms of our contingent purchase!
We know it was the correct price point because the two offers we received were nearly identical (showing we had adequate interest) but not a flood of offers (which would have shown we had underpriced). Paul guided us to Goldilocks pricing and ensured we got everything we needed.
Work with Paul and do what he suggests. He's thoughtful, pragmatic, intelligent, and just a good person.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home than the one we had with John Keene. I represented the seller on 2739 W 39th Ave and La Shon was the buyer's agent. She was responsive, organized, and genuinely easy to work with — even through inspection resolution items and a fair amount of documentation back and forth. She advocated hard for her buyers without ever making the deal adversarial, and we closed on time. I'd gladly be on the other side of a deal with her again.

Denise Whittington was amazing to work with! She was incredibly responsive, always available when we needed her, and made sure our questions, concerns, and expectations were heard and prioritized throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond, from coordinating showings and vendors to helping us navigate all the ins and outs of buying our first home.
Denise made what could have been an overwhelming process feel so easy and manageable. She always made sure we had the information we needed, kept us on top of deadlines, and was there to guide us every step of the way. I’ve worked with Joe to buy two homes and sell two homes, and every experience has been a positive one. Chris is by far the most wonderful realtor I have ever worked with for both the selling of my old home and buying of my new one! We sold our old home for more than we dreamed it was worth and Chris got us into our dream home and we were thrilled throughout the entire process. She goes absolutely above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeablable AND is a delightful human being. I highly recommend her whenever I hear of someone buying or selling a home!
