Joe Chang is truly an outstanding realtor. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but a total pleasure to work with. The words “above and beyond” definitely describe Joe and his team. He took care of all the details, inspections, and appointments needed to get two separate houses on the market. As I live out-of-state, all responsibilities were completely upheld by him. Our process of buying a home was a little longer than usual and Joe was patient with us throughout the entire process. He would show us homes, make suggestions and explain why some would be great or not so great for what we wanted. He was very thorough in explaining the contract, helping write a strong offer without overpaying and walking us through every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with the process and the home he helped us buy!

Joe had a great strategy from the start. We had a tight schedule and he was on top of everything (reviewing documents, cleaning and photo session). He communicated with us a few times a week by text, email and calling. We were very pleased with our outcome given the changes to the housing market. Ours sold while a couple of others in our community are still for sale.
