Loving architecture and design was the main reason Brad got into real estate. He can’t think of a better place to be living right now, then Denver, Colorado. “This city has it all, with the beautiful mountains, a growing city, all the major sports teams and a great dining scene, it’s no wonder people are moving to the Mile High City.” Brad has lived in Denver since 1999 and has witnessed the incredible growth of this great city. He is dedicated to helping his clients find the right property, whether it’s a condo, duplex or single family. As more people move to Denver, Brad is focused on helping them find the right location. Some are looking to be close to shops, restaurants or parks, other’s prefer quiet and peaceful neighborhoods away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to transportation and access to downtown. There are many great neighborhoods less than 15 minutes from downtown that have great appeal and are in high demand.  No matter what fits your needs, Brad can help you find the right fit.

Brad knows that communication and helping his clients through the process of buying or selling can make or break a negotiation. He makes sure his clients are informed of dates and deadlines through out the process. He can help with navigating the sometimes stressful process of the lending industry as he has 10 years of experience as a loan officer.

With his degree in interior design, Brad is a great resource for Seller’s. He has helped his client’s prepare their homes with staging and recommendations of how to make their homes’ look their best. Knowing that most people find their home online, he can assure his clients that the photos and marketing are some of the best in the industry. “If you are thinking about buying or selling in this incredible Denver market, please feel free to reach out to me.”

Q&A WITH BRAD

Where do you LIVE?
After living in a contemporary townhome in Cherry Creek East for 10 years, my husband and I, with our 2 chocolate labs, moved to South Hilltop. We love that our home has great yard space for the dogs, beautiful decks to relax on and great views of the Front Range. We are minutes to Cherry Creek North for shopping and restaurants, close to parks and only 15 minutes to downtown.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
There is something to be said about home ownership vs renting. Turning a house into a home, putting your own unique touches on a home or a whole house remodel, this and many other reasons is why I want to help people find their next home. This is my passion and is why I got into real estate.

What Music Is Currently In Your iPod?
I have over 15,000 songs on my computer, so I only put a portion of it on my iPod in my car. My shuffle holds only my top music of the month! I like to listen to Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, Sam Smith and other pop artists. When relaxing, I like to listen to John Legend, Sting, Adel and Robin Thicke.

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
My husband and I give to and attend charity events for both Project Angel Heart and Colorado Youth for A Change. We think it’s important to help feed those who are in need and to educate the children of Colorado.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best-Kept Secret?
Alon Shya has opened a modern Israeli resteraunt in the Source Hotel off of Brighton Blvd in RiNo, called Safta.  The food is delicious and interesting.  Lon Symensma of ChoLon opens his new restaurant called LeRoux in LoDo. It is European cuisine with an old world wine list.  James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole, from Austin, recently opened his Japanese inspired restaurant, Uchi in the residential develpment, S*Park.
