Joe Chang

Joe Chang helped us find our dream starter home. He is an exceptional communicator and worked tirelessly on days, nights, and weekends to field our questions and provide ongoing support. This was our first home, so we had many many questions and he was very patient with us and helped us learn so so much. If you're looking for someone who is responsive to messages and who has excellent follow-through, then Joe is your guy. We couldn't picture this process without him. Joe has a very grounded and steady energy about him which is useful when you're navigating so many big and difficult decisions on a fixed timeline. He was never pushy with us, always very polite, and is a great listener. He's also a hard core Peloton-er and if you have ever done a Peloton ride, you know the kind of grit and sticktoitiveness that requires. Joe applies that same determination to his role here. I would without a doubt recommend Joe. We love him!

Molly Helbig

Bought a Single Family home in 2026 in Sloan lake, Denver, CO. We recently became grandparents and were recruited to do some nannying, so we made an impulsive decision to move back to Denver from California. We’d been looking online for months when we saw a “coming soon” home we were interested in viewing. We contacted Molly Helbig who quickly set up a viewing where she virtually walked us through the home on a Friday morning after being on the market for 1 day. We really liked how it looked and felt, and so did many others. After 4 days on the market the home had a lot of interest and received 9 offers by Monday morning. We found ourselves in a competitive situation and bidding situation. We leaned on Molly for guidance. We asked what she would bid to win, and she wouldn’t give us a price. She was very professional and was careful to not push us into something we wouldn’t be comfortable with. She asked us the right questions which brought us to make an offer we felt was fair. While we weren’t the highest bidder, Molly’s professional communication and persistence with the seller's agent made our offer stand out and managed to secure us the home. Her approach with the listing agent was different from all the other buyers' agents. Molly was in regular communication with us and made us feel as good as possible in a stressful situation. This was our fifth home we’ve purchased in the last 30 years, and we can say she truly stood out in a positive way. Great experience!
