Haley is the best! She was always willing to set up showings and walk through them with us. She knows the Denver area and its market very well. If there was a rating above "excellent" I would have chosen it. Denise works tirelessly and made us feel like we were her only clients. She worked hard to get us everything we needed from the sale of our home and then some. She was extremely helpful in preparing our house to go on the market and proactive in looking for potential issues. While some people might hesitate to work with a family friend, Denise's knowledge of the market and our needs made this process easy and enjoyable. I cannot express how thankful we are to have had Denise represent us in selling our home.

Meltem Yilmazturk went above and beyond for me. She paid attention to details, and took care of things before I knew they needed attention. She found me a landing pad between me selling my house and closing on the one I bought. She was always available and eager to show me new properties, while giving me a very professional observation and advice on them. When we found it, she negotiated fairly. And she not only got us through inspection, but helped me stand our ground and fought for me as a buyer. She walked/talked me through every contract and deadline I had to sign. She checked in on me on moving day, and many days since. I would highly recommend Meltem Yilmazturk if you are in need of a realtor. Moving is awful. She made it more than bearable.
