Corcoran Perry & Co. - Rosedale

The Rosedale Neighborhood

Nestled between South Broadway and the University of Denver sits Rosedale, another one of Denver’s southern neighborhoods. Developed in the 50s and 60s, it circles one of Denver’s largest parks, Harvard Gulch West Park, with a recreation center and grassy areas, trails, a swimming pool, athletic fields and workshops. With a few modern duplexes and townhomes thrown in, the area primarily consists of well-tended brick ranches on large city lots. A convenient light rail stop serves the area at Santa Fe and Evans, and lots of bars and restaurants line adjacent South Broadway.
