The Regis Neighborhood
Regis, which sits just to the north of I-70 and the Berkeley neighborhood, is anchored by Regis University on one end, and Willis Case golf course on the other. Convenient access to I-70 is perfect for quick access to downtown or the mountains, and the popular Highlands & Berkeley neighborhoods, with great restaurants and shopping, are close by. Older brick homes, mature trees and an eclectic mix of students, families and singles make this an affordable neighborhood with a hint of artistic character.

Regis's Neighborhood Rankings
5/10Walking Score
Though Regis offers good sidewalks for walking, running, and cycling, most conveniences will require transportation.
4/10Transportation Score
With only two bus lines and a bike score of 4, car-less living may be more difficult in this neighborhood. The two bus lines run on 52nd Avenue and Sheridan Blvd if you are looking to commute to work or run errands. There are some ride-share options if you are wanting to grab a bite to eat or get groceries on your own time.
6/10Local Score
With fabulous bars and restaurants in such close proximity, you can plan to party 7 days a week in this neighborhood. Enjoy the Goldspot Brewing Company and The Squeeze any day of the week!
1/10Convenience Score
With only a few convenience stores including Sinclair and Phillips 66 in the neighborhood, you'll have to travel to the Walmart in Lakeside or the Safeway in Berkeley for your staple items.
EASYParking
You'll be able to find a parking spot with no trouble at all! There are plenty of spots on neighborhood streets throughout Regis.
TAMEVibe
Regis residents enjoy the laid-back lifestyle the community has to offer with Inspiration Point Park, great for walking your dog, running, and cycling, and the Willis Case Golf Course for your avid linksman!
3/10Densitiy
With a population of only 5,000, Regis doesn’t waste space, but still offers room to breathe.
