Support Your Community When You Buy A Home - 2023 Live + Give Program

To truly 'be home' here in Denver means connecting with our local communities and supporting them where we can. Through our unique Live + Give program, we can do just that. Every year at our annual kick-off meeting, we are fortunate enough to hear from some incredible local organizations that our agents nominate. This year, our agents have selected three non-profit organizations whose continued work and programs have left lasting impressions on our communities. With every successful real estate transaction with us, we donate a portion of our commission to support one of the local causes below that our clients can select.

We're thrilled to announce our 2023 agent-selected local non-profit organizations that will benefit from our annual program.

The Butterfly Children Fund

The Butterfly Children Fund was established to raise funds for families' financial needs, raising awareness of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), Camp Spirit Colorado, and research. With Camp Spirit Colorado, children with EB can safely experience some of the winter activities their friends enjoy, such as skiing, snowmobiling, dog-sled rides, and sleigh rides. It also gives them the opportunity to be around other children like them. Because EB is so rare, often, the children are the only ones in their school and town with the disease.

Allegiance Ranch and Equine Rescue

Allegiance Ranch strives to provide a safe and welcoming place for veterans, active duty military, first responders, and their families to find release from everyday challenges. Their mission is to help horses and heroes by offering a safe place for healing, developing a sense of purpose, and establishing meaningful connections between horses and humans. Allegiance Ranch and Equine Rescue relies on donor support to ensure ongoing care and training for their rescued horses and offer programs at no charge to these heroes.

Third Way Center

Third Way Center successfully breaks the cycle of intergenerational abuse by empowering traumatized teens to become successful adults and productive community members. Third Way Centers provides around-the-clock treatment and care for young adults ages 14-21. They provide five residential houses, two alternative high schools for residents, and four specialized treatment programs, including substance use, vocational & independent living, teen mother, as well as aftercare & emancipation.
