Denver's PrideFest celebrates the LGBTQIA community and so does Live Urban Real Estate. This year, we'll be walking in the parade and you can stop by our booth on Colfax and Broadway to meet some of our Gaygents, play ring toss for some very fun prizes, and enter to win a salon package and a CrossFit membership - all for free!
Live Proud, Live Urban
As a gay-owned and inclusive company, our support of PrideFest is an authentic expression of our company culture. Our Live Proud Realtors are sassy, fun, and dedicated Real Estate Professionals who take pride in welcoming the LGBTQIA and ally communities to their new homes. But Live Proud is not just about us helping people find the right home and neighborhood, it's also about being unapologetic about who you are and your lifestyle, and having the basic human right to home and happiness.
Denver's PrideFest
PrideFest is a chance for Denver to be out and be proud - it's a time for the LGBTQIA community to see that they are not alone. This celebration of love and diversity attracts visitors from across Colorado and surrounding states and will feature an amazing lineup of talent including Todrick Hall, Lady Bunny and Denver's own Yvie Oddly (top 5 contestant on this season of Ru Paul's Drag Race). PrideFest has something for everyone - 5K Race, Entertainment, Community and Family Area, Annual Art Installation, Film Screening, Elders of Pride Brunch, Gay Author Expo and much more!
The Center on Colfax
Proceeds from PrideFest benefit The Center on Colfax and their amazing programs supporting vital programs and services for the LGBTQIA community in Colorado, including our youth. The Center on Colfax also happens to be one of Live Urban Real Estate's Live and Give partners for 2019, which means they'll receive a portion of Live Urban Real Estate's home sale revenues for the year.
Our Gaygents

œMy favorite part of PrideFest is just feeling like I can be myself and that I'm amongst a group of people who understand where I came from and where I am now. -Joe Chang

œPride weekend has always been one of my favorite festivals of the year - it's such a wonderful celebration of love and diversity! I feel blessed to live in a city that hosts one of the largest Prides. -Jolynn Crownover

œMy favorite part of Pride is always seeing PFLAG (Parents Friends of Lesbians and Gays) represented. My mother joined when I came out back in the 90's. To see the love and support on display brings back the love and support I felt from my friends and family. It always brings a tear to my eye. -John Steeby

"I believe that love is love!" - Penny Ritter
