The Park People's second annual Denver Digs Trees Shade Tree Distribution is coming up this fall! Residents of the City and County of Denver can apply for free and low cost shade trees to plant in yards (private property). These trees will grow to shade our homes and offices, helping to conserve energy used for summer cooling, which saves us money and reduces our carbon footprint. Distribution day will be Oct 2. Sept 1 is the tree application deadline.
