This cute Sunnyside bungalow wasn't on the market for long...proving yet again that Denver area homes that are priced right and show well are still selling very quickly. We asked Listing Agents Sandi Klatt and Sara Murdoch to share their strategy for listing this Northwest Denver property:

Live Denver Team (Sara and Sandi): Two days. We entered into the MLS lateFridayevening. Over the weekend we had 24 showings and byMondaymorning we had 3 offers to present to our seller!
Live Urban: Why do you think the property sold so quickly?
Live Denver Team: We made sure to take a lot of care in preparing the property for market. We made sure that the property was sparkling clean, we use It's Showtime Staging to stage the property and then a professional photographer comes in to photograph every detail of the property. We also held Open Houseson SaturdayandSundayto provide as much exposure as we could.
Live Urban: Did you do anything special to prepare the property for sale?
Live Denver Team: We always spend the time to make sure the property presents at its very best. Also the Live Urban marketing team provides us with so much support and makes sure that our listings get the very best exposure in the market place using the LIVE blog, our website, social media, and eye catching color printed materials.
Live Urban: We would love to hear how the deal came together....did you have multiple offers? How many showings did you have? Do you feel like this is typical in today's market?
Live Denver Team: We received 3 offers and LOTS of interest! It was a very busy weekend. Two of the offers were well over asking price. Our seller is thrilled and ready to move on to his next big adventure!
