Denver Real Estate Market Report - Lowry

Lowry was once an Air Force Base that has been converted through an aggressive Brownfield redevelopment project into a modern neighborhood, that is great for people who like to walk to restaurants and shops but want newer homes.

Located on the Eastern edge of Denver between Quebec and Dayton to the West and East, and Alameda and 11th to the South and North. Lowry has an active town square with many locally-owned businesses. It is also home to the Lowry Beer Garden and they are currently building a new restaurant district.

Lowry has a nice mix of homes from multi-million dollar custom homes, to large single family homes as well as townhouses and condos that are perfect for first time home buyer. Lowry is flanked by 800 acres of open space and it has a fantastic recreation center. Lowry homes sold for an average of $188 per square foot in November, and houses are selling in less than 30 days. The average home price in Lowry is $429,000.
