Denver, CO - Live Urban Real Estate has announced the creation of a new leasing division to meet the growing needs of renters, landlords and investors in the Denver area. With housing vacancy is at an all-time low in the Denver Metro area, Live Urban's new rental division, called Live Urban Leasing, will fill an unmet need in the market, assisting clients looking to make a move within, or to, the Mile High City. With rental rates continuing to rise, and increased competition for units becoming the new normal, renters are facing many challenges to secure a rental property.
With over a decade of experience in the leasing industry, Ryan Belinak, Chief Rental Guru and Realtor at Live Urban Real Estate, has developed deep relationships with property managers and investors in Denver's most popular neighborhoods.
