Live Urban announces new leadership team

Live Urban continues its tradition of promoting talent from within its ranks, selecting four long-term agentswith the brokerage to step into leadership positions within the company.

Jana Miller has been promoted to Managing Broker, counseling agents on real estate transactions, providing guidance on potential legal issues and one-and-one mentoring, and leading the management team.She started her real estate career after more than 20 years in journalism, politics, marketing and communications. Among her journalism credits, she covered the mountain region for USA Today, and authored "The Insiders Guide to Denver."

Paul Kourkoulis has been named Assistant Managing Broker, also counseling agents on real estate transactions, providing one-and-one agent mentoring, and helping lead the management team.He is a 5280 Magazine 5-Star award winner in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and counting! He worked in the construction trades until he was ultimately drawn into the world of real estate.

Randi Goldberg, Live Urban's top salesperson for 2016, will be leading the brokerage coaching efforts, one-on-one and group coaching, practical applications, skill builders, and assisting in business development.Prior to her rising real estate career, Randi'sstrong team mentality, positive outlook, and energetic personality led to early success in retail.

Mary Lemieux continues in an expanded role as the Operations Manager, supervising day-to-day office operations and accounting practices, leading onboarding efforts and the new agent training program, and assisting in business development. Prior to Live Urban, Maryworked for several small tech companies, learning the ins and outs of small business management, including her own softwarefirm.

Live Urban previously announced that Laurel Bretting has been hired as the Marketing Manager, aka Magician, responsible for all company and broker marketing efforts, including marketing/branding strategy, graphic design, social media and creative technology.Laurel brings over 10+ years of marketing experience in project management and higher education.

In addition, former owner John Skrabec continues in the newly created role as Brand Manager, providing strategic direction for the company and management team, business development, and consulting with the marketing staff. John founded the company in 2006, after a successful 20-year stint in advertising and marketing communications, including founding local ad agency Cactus.

So far in 2017, Live Urban Real Estate sales are up over 40% compared to one year ago.
