Music For the Soul

Donate HERE

Live Urban Real Estate prides itself of taking care of the community, just like the Sunnyside Music Fest does. One of our Live and Give partners, Mount Saint Vincent, is in need of music! Mount Saint Vincentheals Denver children, ages 5-12, who have faced abuse, mental illness, trauma or neglect and they recognize the power of music. When a child steps into the Mount Saint Vincent home, they are often met with a personalized music device. "The rhythmic nature of music helps our children stay regulated as well as return to a calmer state when upset. It is one of the very first tools we provide when children arrive atMountSaintVincentbecause it is such an effective coping mechanism for the children we serve. This musical need creates a demand for MP3 players and we want to help. We've created a Go Fund Me Pagewhere you can purchase an MP3 player for under $20. This invaluable tool will go directly into the hands of some kiddos that could really use some music for the soul. You can also make this purchase by stopping by our booth at the Sunnyside Music Festival! Everyone deserves a little music.

Live Urban - At The Heart of The Music

Live Urban Real Estate's co-founder, John Skrabec, couldn't be happier about the growth and success of SMF, œI'm proud of my long involvement with the Sunnyside Music Fest, from being the first local business sponsor when the fest moved to Chaffee Park, to serving as President of the board of directors. Along the way, I made good friends, and contributed to the success of this local community event.

Denver real estate agent and Live Urban Managing broker, Jana Miller, enjoys fond memories of the Sunnyside Denver Music Festival too... "One of my favorite memories was around 5:00 (peak festival time), standing with other volunteers and looking out at thousands of people, and realizing 'we did this'. There were families and children and frisbees flying through the air and people standing shoulder to shoulder in the beer garden. It creates such a feeling of community."

We can't wait to live, love, and jam with you at the Sunnyside Music Fest!
