Sun Valley sits just south of Empire Field at Mile High, home of the Denver Broncos. Relatively new, STEAM on the Platte, is a mixed-use community developed from the adaptive reuse of a historic warehouse and bow string building into creative office and restaurant space. One of the tenants and local favorites, Raíces Brewing Company, is a Latino-owned and operated brewpub that features award-winning craft beers, a rotating Latin American food selection, and ongoing cultural events. Meow Wolf, an immersive, interactive arts and entertainment space, transports audiences of all ages into fantastic realms.
Though Sun Valley offers decent sidewalks for walking, running, and cycling, most conveniences will require transportation.
