I have been working with Gina for 15 years, buying and selling homes. She knows the business, the markets in and around Denver, and she knows my personal needs and expectations. When you work with someone for so many years you get to know them personally and are better able to meet the clients needs. She has become like family to me and we have been able to work through anything that has come our way. Aghil was very friendly, communicative, and honest during my homebuying process. I had never sold a house before and was very nervous b/c I knew very little about real estate. Denise was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I would give her 10 stars on everything if I could. Being as though I was needing help selling my property from out-of-state, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Gina helped find me services in the area for my flooring, painting, cleaning, and a handyman, making sure I was in a good position to sell. She was easy to get in touch with and helped facilitate all the access needs to my property. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent!

We were very happy with Irene. She was incredibly proactive and made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what next steps we needed to take in the whole process. This was our first home purchase in the US and we could not have hoped for anybody better by our side for this than Irene.
We had a few issues with the house after the transaction (seller did not obtain proper permit for work done) and she is helping us navigate this even now.
