Living is nothing without giving and Live Urban's Live & Give program provides us all with an opportunity to do just that. Live Urban clients get to select one of our favorite causes upon closing to receive a portion of our profit. Whether you're planning to close on a new home or not, benefit walks, races, or even a round of golf are the perfect way to enjoy the physicality of life while helping those in need!

Colorado is flush with worthy non-profits that make it their mission to give back to our amazing community, many of whom plan spring/summer events ready for your participation.   1. Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk - September 28th
    Though pushing a smidge past the summer cut-off, Light The Night is our top walk of the season! This event funds treatments that are currently saving the lives of Leukemia and Lymphoma patients, promising cancer research throughout the country, and honors those currently battling to, celebrate, honor and remember those touched by cancer.

  1. Denver Public Schools Foundation's Colfax Marathon - May 20th-21st
    Support your local school and get some serious running on with Denver's quintessential run: The Colfax Marathon.

  1. The American' Lung Association's Run The Rocks - October 8th
    Okay, this one is obviously an autumn event, but who could resist a run at Colorado's breathtaking Red Rocks in support of good lung health and high air quality? Just be sure to sign up as part of the DPS team to make give to your body and the community.

  1. Engineers Without Borders' Race for Water - April 22nd
    Run to support a rural community in Paraguay in need of potable water. If you're ready to kick your giving into gear ASAP, this is the event for you!

  1. Mount Saint Vincent's Play a Round for Kids - June 19th
    Lovers of the club and green should definitely jump in on this amazing event. All proceeds of this charity golf tournament benefit children who suffer from severe emotional trauma.

  1. Colon Cancer Alliance's Undy Run/Walk - June 24th
    Don your boxers or undies and run for this fun event that benefits a serious message, Defeat colon cancer. You'll cruise through City Park and the Zoo buildings, all in your skivvies!

  1. Cherry Creek Sneak: Benefiting Food Bank of the Rockies - April 23rd
    A Denver staple, this run/walk allows participants to choose from a 10 mile, 5 mile, or 3.1 mile track through Cherry Creek. Best of all, your registration fee fights Colorado hunger!

  1. Walk MS - May 6th
    This City Park walk works a bit differently than the rest register for free, then fundraise for your walk in order to put valuable finances toward MS treatments and research.

  1. National Brain Tumor Society's Denver Brain Tumor Walk - June 3
    Sloan's Lake plays venue to this walk which honors those whose lives have been touched by brain tumors. Your registration fee raises awareness for this cause and supports advanced research in the field.

  1. Dress for Success' 5K Powerwalk - April 22nd
    Lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement in Stapleton's Central Park to support Denver's Local Dress For Success: empower women to start careers and keep their jobs.
