We hope that you and your family are staying safe andhealthy! Recently, we've seen lots of news about howcommunities are coming together in these difficult times. With ourRealtors, staff and clients located all over the state, we want tohelp spread the positivity.

Here you'llfind a Smiley Face to download, we've included one in fullcolor, one to cut out and one for coloring in. If you'd liketo create your own or have your kids draw one, we'd love to seewhat you come up with. Once you've decided how you want tocreate your smiley face, place it in your window and post a picturewith #ReasonsToSmile.

By placing this in your window, it's our hope toremind people to stay positive. We also hope this can create somefun for families and neighbors as they walk through neighborhoodsand count the smiley faces they see in windows.
