The housing market was nothing like we had ever experienced! Kathleen did a phenomenal job preparing us for what it would be like, then standing beside us through all the ups and downs, and celebrating victory with us when we were able to get a house we truly loved!!
Again we just can't say enough great things about Kathleen. There were very difficult moments in our search and we just wanted to give up, but Kathleen really helped us get through it. She never made us feel like we weren't the most important customers she was working with. She really gave us a boost when we needed it, and helped us back to reality when it became overwhelming. We most appreciated Kathleen's energy and thorough communication throughout both our buy and sell experiences. She provided excellent comps, negotiation strategies, and lots of patience working with multiple interested parties, ultimately resulting in multiple offers in under 5 days and going under contract at $10k over asking!

Kathleen was amazing to work with throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She was patient as we learned about the home buying process, explained everything to us in an easy to understand way, and her communication with the listing agent on the property we purchased was instrumental in closing the deal. She was also highly proactive whenever we found a listing we were interested in, quickly setting up showings and finding comps for the properties so we could be prepared to submit an offer quickly. Kathleen Gilday is a fantastic realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. Kathleen has great communication skills. She listened carefully to what our needs and concerns were, I really felt heard and valued. She explained each step of the process clearly and precisely. My questions were answered promptly and I always knew where we were in the process and what was happening.
