Joe is great to work with and goes out of his way to really understand what you're looking for in a home. We had a quick selection process on the home, but from there on out Joe handled all aspects of the process with ease and made it a stress free process for us. Moving to a new part of the country that you have never visited before is very stressful. This is even more true when you are a military family and have no friends or family in that new state. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky that we found Joe Chang to help us with our search. He was easy to talk to, attentive to even the smallest details, and worked tirelessly to find us a home that was not only within our budget, but in a timely manner too. He never sugarcoated anything: if something worried him, he would let you know immediately. When we found a home to put an offer on, he inspected everything in the house with us, every time. Let me stress this next part, EVERY time we visited this house, during inspections and during closing, he was on his hands and knees looking through the crawl space under the house. We knew that Joe was a realtor that we could trust 100% and that he had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. Joe, we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us! We have already begun recommending you to fellow military officers coming in to the area!

We were first-time home sellers and Joe did an excellent job guiding us through the process. He was very knowledgeable, priced our home correctly and was responsive throughout the process. I had to actually calculate it but selling my condo with Joe made our 7th transaction together. Four of which with Live Urban. Joe knows me well. He knows the things that are very important to me and the things that will literally stress me out. He has worked with me while he's out of town in foreign countries and still takes time to communicate like he is in town on a normal day. One of the benefits of working with an agent as many times as I have, I've had the pleasure of seeing Joe evolve in his career. I'm likely a bit biased as I've worked with him several times but I'd say that the way I feel in a sentence about Joe is: he is passionate about his clients and while it may not show on the surface, he's going the extra mile not to make the sale but to get what his client needs. That's something you cannot put a price on.
