As a first time homebuyer, Kathleen was fantastic to work with. She was excellent about explaining the buying process and then going over in depth everything about the offer and contract when that time came. She was always responsive if I had a question or wanted to tour a place and really easy to work with. I would highly recommend Kathleen!

Kathleen was amazing! Due to Covid and us living in a different state she was wonderful with doing video walkthroughs and being our eyes on the ground. Her knowledge of the areas we looked at was incredibly valuable. Her analysis of the market allowed for us to put in a competitive offer and get the house while also not over paying. We are so thankful to have had her as our agent!

Kathleen was very good with providing us the detailed insights we were looking for. She made sure to make notes of all the comments we say when we go on house tours and adjusted the next searches based on those comments. When we had questions about the area and property she made sure to do the research and provide us with matching details. Interactive and friendly.

Kathleen had a reputation for being a ruthless deal-maker. I wanted that prowess on my side.
Kathleen was an excellent advocate and guide for us. Watching her deal with sellers agents was inspiring and made us sure we’d chosen the right person. She didn’t let small details slip and even in this strong sellers market, she got us a good deal.

Kathleen Gilday was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her knowledge of the greater Denver area was impressive and helped us to narrow down our search right away. Communication was a clear priority and she was excellent at organizing showings around hectic schedules.
