Joe was our realtor when we bought the house, and we thought he did a fantastic job from start to finish. When we needed to sell that same home, we wanted him involved in the process.
Joe is a great agent who took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the process. He handled all of the details and coordination among all of the inspectors, agents, etc, so that we could focus on preparing to move.

Joe Chang took good care of us during the new build of our property which was new for us. Joe made sure that the builder and contractor made some minor changes we wanted during the construction process. I would recommend Joe Chang as he suggested we have a home inspection and a sewer scope which was another eye checking out the mechanics of the property and that everything was up to code. The sewer scope put our mind at rest that we wouldn't have any issues going forward. Joe also mentioned that we should look into assessment insurance which we would not have thought of on our own.

Joe is an excellent agent! I have used him now for three transactions and I would never use anyone else. Joe was in constant contact and sent me all relevant information to my purchase in a timely and efficient manner. He did research about my HOA and other things that I did not expect. My inspection had to be done in my absence and I completely trusted Joe to do the inspection and lead me in the right direction. Great experience! Thank you, Joe.

Buying a house is a stressful process, especially in the highly competitive Denver market. A market where you need to think, act and react fast.
A market where you need the right Realtor guiding you and looking out for you as you ride that home-buying emotional rollercoaster. Joe Chang was my guide, and he made my home buying journey a pleasant one.
I was looking for a home in a specific neighborhood, with very specific requirements. Joe took the challenge and was persistent in his efforts to find me exactly what I was looking for. He was patient and calm no matter how much I stressed; making sure our ‘team’ wins at the end. Joe is not out there to make volume transactions; instead he genuinely wants to make his clients happy no matter how long the process takes.
