We had a very constraint time frame to sale the property, which was critical. Karin Camarena, from the beginning to the end, guided us with recommendations to ensure the sale of the Condo in the time mentioned. She did an awesome job!!! I couldn't be more happy with the results!

I worked with Karin to buy my Condo in the past. She was so amazing helping me navigate the Denver housing market back then, that I wanted to work with her again in buying my new home. I used zillow and was referred to David Browning. David was very helpful answering any questions i had and made his self available whenever i seen a home i wanted to look at. Also growing up in anderson township david knew how important it was to have a home in the FHS district and made sure that happened. He was very accommodating and would definitely refer him to family and friends. Thanks David Browning.

Overall, we were thrilled with the knowledge, level of service, and attention to detail We received. Throughout the entire process of buying our home, we had an open line of communication and received the highest level of customer service we could’ve asked for. Anyone looking for a home in Cincinnati would be doing themselves a disservice by not utilizing the services of Dave and his team! Great agents and even better people!
