Where do you LIVE?
I have lived in Park Hill for over 20 years, I am a raving fan of the neighborhoods’ diversity, architecture, parks and local haunts.
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I’ve pretty much always been in real estate. I started my career in commercial property management, leasing and construction. I wanted to have a business of my own that I could build on my passion for people, architecture and vision of the possibilities each structure holds. I have found that to be invaluable to the home purchase process, from finding the right neighborhood and all it has to offer, to the right home that is or could be the perfect fit, to the skill to negotiate and complete the transaction. And I get to do this while making long term clients and friends and having some fun on the way.
What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
Well to be honest….I have two very outspoken girls, having a hard time to get a word in, I find myself enjoying the quiet without music, but when it’s time to sing out loud, I enjoy everything from disco (yes I admitted that) to rap to classic rock with a bit of country in between.
What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
My kids, their education, and the school systems. I have always been very active in their schools volunteering. I have one in private and one in DPS, and am very committed to the environment Denver has created to allow our children choices that will foster their individual learning styles.
Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best-Kept Secret?
These days I am seemingly gravitating to the lower key, family friendly, more local fare and am finding myself digging Tag Burger Bar, sushi at The Jett on Colfax, or some great Mexican food, while there are a bunch, my recent treat was at D’Corazon.
