Our home selling experience could not have been any easier. Delfino Juarez took such great care of us as clients, working with us from the time we began considering selling straight through to closing in a very professional but warm way. We also felt like we were his top priority and it was clear that he was working incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Delfino was very knowledgeable about the market in our area and made sure that we were listing our home at the best price point - we got a much higher price than what we were expecting due to his expertise with pricing and also dealing with buyers agents while the house was on the market so that we got the best offers. We have previously worked with Delfino and simply put, he is outstanding, and we will continue to work with him going forward.
In the end, I spoke with the seller of the house and here is a brief summary. They had another offer, which was a cash offer, and it was higher than our best offer. However the sellers agent talked the sellers into going with ours exclusively due to Delfino’s professionalism on a previous deal with her. Additionally the sellers noted that they liked dealing with Delfino as the buyers agent. We would not have gotten this house otherwise
