I had previously purchased a house with Delfino back in 2012. I really thought that he did a great job and my first home purchasing experience went very smoothly. Now in 2018 my fiancé and I were half-heartedly started to look for a new residence while going to open houses and we ran into Delfino at one of them. He set us up on a distribution list that matched our criteria and were able to immediately contact Delfino for a showing. Most of the houses we received emails about were prior to them being listed on the public sites.
Delfino was excellent throughout this entire process. We had full confidence that he was on top of everything. He was great at reminding us of all our deadlines and worked great with all the additional people associated to the purchase, appraisers, lenders, inspectors, city inspectors, other relators ect… We really felt that he went above and beyond what would be expected of him.
I already have recommended Delfino to my friends locally as Delfino has earned our full trust. I really appreciated working with him. I am sure that when we eventually sell this house for one reason or another we will be giving him a call.

My fiancé and I had an excellent experience with Delfino Juarez in both selling and buying homes.
Delfino was extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire selling and buying process. He kept us informed through every step, made sure to get our feedback before making decisions, and was in constant communication with us and the other parties involved. I trusted him completely.
I felt completely comfortable asking Delfino questions to clarify information, and to let him know if I didn’t understand something about the process. I felt that he was genuine in wanting to help us, and never made us feel as though we were a bother to him.
I highly recommend Delfino as a real estate agent!

Delfino was ever a professional. So patient during my complex purchase. He kept me calm and reassured me that we would get everything worked out. In fact, the sellers agent also said if it wasn't for Delfino being so calming, patient and knowledgeable that I might not have got the house.
I would recommend him to anyone that asks for a residential real estate agent.
