Every day so far in our new house has felt like vacation -- the neighborhood and house itself are perfect for our family. We might have found ourselves in this place if we were working with someone other than Jana, but I doubt it. First, she guided us through the sale of our previous house, helping us attract competitive offers within a couple days. When we had issues during the inspection, she was able to get a specialist on site to resolve the problem on very short notice. When it came to buying our new house, she made sure we had the best offer and tirelessly advocated for us throughout contract negotiations and closing.
The COVID-19 outbreak hit Denver right in the middle of our search, and the rules for conducting real estate business changed seemingly every day. Jana kept the process moving, anticipating possible hurdles and making sure our sale and purchase didn't stall.
She provided us with good advice when we needed it and listened carefully when we expressed concerns or explained what we were looking for. Throughout this stressful transition in our lives, Jana was a consistent ally.

Jana did a wonderful job helping my mother find a house so I knew Jana from that process. This was my first time looking for a house of my own and Jana patiently guided me through the entire process from visiting prospective houses to closing on my own purchase of a wonderful house that is a perfect fit for me. Jana thoughtfully advised me and talked through options with me every time I had any questions or concerns. After closing, Jana even helped me select a roof material and colors, and then followed up with the roofing contractors to make sure the work was completed promptly and properly. I love my new house and I feel very lucky to have had Jana Miller as my broker. I would very highly recommend Jana to anyone looking for a home!
