Of all the agents I spoke with prior to starting the house search, Jana had the most knowledge of the local market, the financing options, and ancillary financial considerations. Really a step above the majority of realtors out there.

Jana is the best real estate agent one could ever ask for. She is your #1 advocate from the get go. She is incredibly knowledgable and able to do a healthy dose of guiding without giving you the answers. With all of the ups and downs, stresses, and moments of doubt that go along with this process, Jana is able to calmly bring you down to earth and back to the game plan. We absolutely love her and would suggest her with the upmost confidence that she would do nothing but wow you.

Jana is amazing to work with and removed as much of the stress in the buying/selling process I think could be humanly possible. She offered advice based on research and solid experience as well as made recommendations for outside resources which did equally fantastic work. I can't imagine buying or selling a house in Denver without her input and guidance.

Jana is empathetic, funny, sharp, and easy to work with. She has a very clear understanding of what home improvements will increase your sale price without breaking the bank. She knows what buyers are looking for, the psychology of asking prices, and optimal timing for peak interest. Trust her recommendations!
I was out of the country when my house went on the market. Jana managed the sale expertly and kept me in the loop providing me with exactly the amount of information I wanted & needed. She sorted the offers with pros and cons of each, which made the decision making process very easy. The rest was smooth sailing.

Jana is hands down the best realtor! She's brilliant, attentive, honest, and genuine. She's an expert in the Denver area real estate market, and does research to confirm her assumptions. Jana went above and beyond to help me perfectly stage my property. She pulled numerous comparable properties to evaluate the right price to assign to my condo. She was available night and day to field my questions and calm my insecurities. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable in any decision at any point. Jana would call just to check in and make sure I was feeling great about everything going on with my sale and purchase. Jana is just phenomenal in every way! She's an ideal partner to have in the tough market we're currently in. I genuinely hope she's around when I am ready to upgrade the next time around!
