John Steeby was the perfect person to help guide me through buying my first home. I was extremely nervous about the process but working with John took away all my worries. He explained everything step by step and made sure I understood what was going on. When veiwing properties he pointed out certain things that I never would have considered to think about. He also kept it very real and told me his exact thoughts on the properties we saw. When my offer was accepted, John immediately went over every deadline and had a clear table for me to keep track of them which helped immensly. Everything John prepped me for made closing exciting and a breeze. I will absolutely recomend John to anyone I know buying a home and will most definitley use him again if need to buy another home. Madison was perfect for what we needed. She was great in every aspect of the property buying experience. She had great attention to detail and represented us in a superb fashion. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service we received from Kim. We were new to the area and needed a neighborhood and area orientation, to become familiar with values and to understand the current (changing) market conditions. Kim lead us through all with professionalism and great skill. When we found the home we wanted, Kim guided us through some difficult negotiations to a successful purchase. We would recommend Kim to anyone who wants strong, personalized attention.
Everyone we worked with was first class. When Kim wasn't available (one time) to show us a home, the owner of the company accompanied us. Corcoran Perry is a great brand, and the fact that they are part of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World is reflective of the quality of their organization. Kim was our "point person" but was backed up by a fantastic team.
