Denise was extremely sensitive to my questions and concerns about the entire selling process.
She certainly set me at ease during our first conversation while outlining the basics of the selling process right down to any possible "Nitty Gritty" that might come up along the way. I was confident that she had my best interest at heart and was immediately available the entire time.
There were a few hurdles along the way and Denise was quick to address the answer. She and her team with Corcoran would quickly determine the best approach to resolve the issue and we all moved on. Of course, the fact that she listed my home on MLS June 13th and we were sitting at the closing table July 11 certainly sums it up perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Denise Whittington with Corcoran Perry & Co to all!

Denise is truly the best in her field. Working with her, we did not feel like customers, we felt like family. She was so attentive to all of our needs, and truly had our best interest at heart. I think along with knowing that I was working with a pro on the top of their game from a sales/marketing, knowledge, and negotiation perspective it was also important for me that I felt that I trusted the agent I chose. I had looked at three different companies/agents and chose Kimber and Live Urban because ultimately I decided that she would be the strongest professional who I trusted the most and that their marketing of my property would be at the level I was looking for.
The house sold in few days with five offers coming in after the first day and a half of showings. The first offer came within a half hour of the first showing, The situation was unique because of Covid but despite this the interest in buyers was gained and it lead to an over asking closing price. I think the key elements leading to this beyond the value in the property and level of trims I had put in the property were the staging and marketing of the property and the eye to detail Kimber had. This was critical and it made the property stand out against the comps. It should be noted that other comps were not selling as fast as this did. This was a super difficult situation to come up with pricing given Covid and how very similar comps were wavering a bit leading up to pricing the property. While I paid close attention to the market pricing leading up to listing the property given the unique situation I relied heavily on Kimber for guidance on the pricing. She nailed it.
Excellant across the board. I felt my interests were covered throughout. Including helpful guidance throughout the negotiations.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Kimber. She worked hard for my interests and put the necessary time in to make this property stand out. I am a picky customer and my expectations were exceeded.
