Denise is an over-the-top go getter. She does not leave anything to chance. Denise covered all the bases and made sure the property was presented in the best possible way to make a sale. She worked all kinds of hours getting things ready and following through with us and buyers to get the job done. She even found a carpet firm and the right carpet and did all the work necessary to get it installed as soon as possible. You will be way ahead in the selling process if you choose Denise to represent your property.

We really appreciated the effort Denise put into getting us the best price. We had no idea that she could get us a lower price on a home being sold by a national builder. Denise went the extra mile in moving us through the sales process, and she was a real help when it came to going with us on the final walkthrough, where she found multiple items that needed touchup
