Justin Rosenthal grew up in Boulder, Colorado, before moving to New York to study Economics at NYU. After a brief stint in advertising at Condé Nast, he made the move back to Colorado, landing in Denver, where he began cultivating his passion for real estate by earning a Master’s in Real Estate Finance & Development from the University of Denver. Justin spent the next 6 years of his career in commercial real estate, where he underwrote $200m in acquisitions of self-storage assets, worked on a development team for 300+ unit multifamily buildings, and eventually found his love for consultative sales at CoStar, the premier commercial real estate information database. Justin brings a comprehensive set of skills to the table, and has an intimate knowledge of how to navigate the complexities of a challenging market for his clients. With expertise in both commercial and residential real estate, and having worked with both first time homebuyers & experienced purchasers, Justin is uniquely positioned to deliver on his client’s requests. Justin strives to treat every transaction with the dedication and perseverance as if it were his own deal, and provides his clients with the certainty that they will be taken care of. Justin believes in the power of developing net worth through real estate and loves helping clients achieve their financial goals with property ownership for personal use or as an investment. When he isn’t working Justin can be found taking advantage of the recreation opportunities available along the front range. He is a skiing fanatic, both on the mountain and backcountry, and spends his summers hiking, dispersed camping, boating, and road/mountain biking around Denver and Summit County.
