The Elevated List: 5 Loud and Local Colorado Pride 2025 Events

Colorado Pride 2025: Loud, Local, and Well Worth Your Calendar

Pride Month doesn’t sneak in quietly around here. Colorado shows up… thoughtfully, festively, and sometimes with glitter cannons. From parades and drag brunches to panel discussions and dance floors that don’t shut down until the lights flicker twice, Pride in the Centennial State is as multifaceted as the people who make it what it is.

Whether you’re all about the parade route, want to support queer-owned businesses, or just want to spend a Saturday immersed in joy and community, we’ve rounded up some of the smartest, most celebratory events happening around Colorado this June.

Denver PrideFest

Civic Center Park | June 28 & 29 | Free to attend

This one’s the headliner. Denver PrideFest draws over half a million people every year, and for good reason. With one of the largest Pride parades in the country, a vibrant vendor marketplace, live music, food trucks, and a whole lot of heart, it's not just a celebration. It's a statement. Bring sunscreen and your water bottle. You’ll be staying a while.

What to know: The Coors Light Pride Parade steps off at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Cheesman Park and heads toward Civic Center Park. Look for local organizations, drag royalty, and enough rainbow outfits to short-circuit a camera roll.

Pride Night at Meow Wolf: Adulti-Verse Pirates and Princesses

Meow Wolf Denver | June 14 | Tickets: $47–$62

There are dance parties, and then there’s this. Meow Wolf’s mind-bending immersive space hosts a night where self-expression takes the spotlight and gender norms are left at the door. Expect DJs, performances, light shows, and rooms that look like they were designed during a very joyful fever dream.

Pro tip: Wear something you want to see under blacklight… and something that gives Polly a little more style than your average cracker.

Boulder Pride Festival

Boulder Central Park and Civic Area  | June 15 | Free to attend

Boulder’s version of Pride may be slightly more mellow than Denver’s, but it’s just as passionate. Expect food trucks, family-friendly activities, local vendors, and plenty of live performances on the lawn. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with local LGBTQIA+ organizations doing important year-round work.

Bonus: Giveaways, activities, and performances. Glitter optional, but encouraged.

Colorado Springs PrideFest

Alamo Square Park | June 14 & 15 | Free to attend

The Springs brings energy, advocacy, and a whole lot of spirit to its PrideFest each year. The Sunday parade brings thousands to downtown Colorado Springs, and Saturday’s festival includes two stages, a youth zone, and dozens of community resources.

What to love: The balance between celebration and activism. You’ll leave feeling full, mentally and emotionally.

Queer Art Pop-Ups + Markets

Various Locations

Keep an eye on smaller, independent events throughout the month. Local queer-owned shops and collectives in neighborhoods like RiNo, Baker, and Capitol Hill will be hosting pop-up art shows, poetry nights, and curated markets highlighting LGBTQIA+ creators.

Loud, Local, Proud

Colorado’s Pride calendar doesn’t tiptoe. It protests, performs, party-hops, and drops a high note at brunch on a Tuesday. Whether you’re deep in the crowd at Civic Center or sipping something strong at a queer lit open mic, show up. Be loud. Be local. Be all in.

Support queer-owned businesses, amplify LGBTQIA+ voices, and stay engaged with the issues that impact your neighbors. You can find local organizations doing the work at places like The Center on Colfax and Out Boulder County.

Celebrate with joy, intention, and a full calendar.

From the dance floor to your dream door, our Colorado REALTORS® are here to help you find where you truly belong.
