Denver Real Estate Market Report - University Hills

If you love mid-century architecture and are looking for a house that is little bit suburb and a little bit city, University Hills might be your next neighborhood. Bordered by I-25, Colorado Blvd, Hampden and Evans, U-Hills offers excellent schools, golfing, light rail, great access to the Tech Center and downtown, and some of the best Middle Eastern food in the city.

University Hills has one of the highest concentrations of homes built between 1950 and 1959 in the city, providing a glimpse into post-war Denver. If you want to convert an old bomb shelter into a wine cellar this could be the place to look.

There are a growing number of scrapes and re-builds going on in University Hills. The desire for large urban houses that saturated the DU and Observatory park neighborhoods has spread East and developers and investors are busy in the area. Learn more about U-Hills at liveurbandenver.com/university
