We contacted Paul in the afternoon on a weekend and he responded with enthusiasm to help us start our search just a few days later. He guided us step by step through the process from pre approval to finding a lender to negotiating the best deal on our house through to closing. Throughout the process, he was quick to respond to any phone call, text or email we sent with questions.
Paul helped us navigate the Cornavirus restrictions during our house visits but still made sure we saw what we wanted to and needed to make the best decisions possible.

Another great buy and sell experience with Paul! Paul is very proactive and gave great advice on how to put together a competitive offer. He was very patient with us during a long home search with limited inventory and always made himself available when we needed to quickly see a home.
