La Shon is one of the most kind hearted, thoughtful and cheerful people I know. She started feeling more like family than a realtor the more we talked and as a first time home buyer and a solo girl, I felt comfortable, protected and understood throughout the whole process.

I met LaShon Carter at her open house. This was one of the first properties I looked at in my search. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. After she officially became my realtor, she was very responsive and understood what I was looking for in details and in price. After looking at many properties, I made an offer on the property where I originally met her. I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason! Having never purchased a home before, we had so many questions and were nieve about so many things. LaShon educated and guided us. No question was considered dumb. When she saw that we were confused, she brought up questions that we had never considered and then educated us again. I would and have recommend her services to everyone who will listen. She is great!!!
