We are buying a house out of state and have commented frequently that we wish we could take Ken with us, as our experience has not been as stellar with our realtor there as it was with Ken. We are thankful for our experience with Ken because he took so much time with us, walked us through everything, and because of that we feel more knowledgeable in the purchase out of state. I literally don't know what I would have done without him. He was so incredibly kind at taking all of our calls, calming our fears, and just truly being a home seller's best friend during the process. Ken is a gem.

Ken Greenfield is an excellent agent and very knowledgeable. He truly makes his clients interests and concerns a top priority and works relentlessly to get answers and results. He hasn't had many listings out East of Denver but jumped right in to make himself knowledgeable with wells, septics, solar leases, and both mineral and water rights in order to provide accurate and timely information. So happy we put our trust in Ken.

Ken was awesome. He was always there to help me with any questions I had. Even though this was a new build purchase and didn’t require viewing multiple homes, Ken was very attentive. At both walk-throughs he found things I would not have even noticed. I very much appreciated him being here.

Ken was recommended by a friend, which was an important factor when we were deciding who to contact. After our first zoom meeting we new immediately that we had found the person that will help and guide us through the process.
Ken is very knowledgeable about Denver and all the surrounding neighborhoods, and more importantly he’s very passionate about Denver and Colorado in general. That passion is quite contagious and it made us feel more confident about our decision to move.
