John was so unbelievable that impressed is not the right word for how I feel. I’m blown away. He’s the most kind, hard working, honest individual you will find. I was very apprehensive about the home-buying process at first. John was really considerate of that, and made sure I not only Understood every part of the process, but made me not have to stress about things I might have otherwise. I always felt like he had my best interest at heart, and was looking out for me!

John set clear expectations up front and kept us informed every step of the way. We knew he had our best interests in mind. We received multiple offers the first day our house was on the market and he spent time going through each one with us and answered all of our questions to help us make an informed decision. John makes the process enjoyable and removes a tremendous amount of stress. We would highly recommend him!

I have bought and sold a house with John and he's just a gem to work with. John is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and will go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. My wife and I selected John as our real estate agent because he was recommended by a friend, but more importantly because we were instantly comfortable with him during our first meeting. We had been having a bad experience with another agent. Talking with John was a noticeably different and much more positive experience. He listened to us and provided honest and straight-forward advice.
John was fantastic to work with. He was responsive and communicates exceptionally well. He went above and beyond in every way possible. I cannot overstate how easy it was to work with him. He was incredibly accurate regarding timeframe to sell as well as likely sale price. He did not set false expectations as the market was beginning to cool severely. His honesty and ability to keep stress levels to a minimum was really appreciated. He did everything he could to guide us through a difficult market for sellers and was able to sell our house at a price that met our expectations.
Our experience with John was excellent! We appreciated his honesty, integrity, and amazing customer service!

John and his team were the best! He is friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and dependable. We moved from out of town and needed someone to go through houses and find the right one for our needs. John was so helpful and honest in each house and when we found the right one, he knew exactly what we needed to do to make a strong offer to get the house in a super competitive market. He made everything stress free and fun even during a quick 2 week closing from a different state. I would definitely recommend him to others looking to buy a house and if we need to buy or sell we will be using him again!

I interviewed three other brokers/realtors and John Steeby was the best fit for my needs. He was straight forward and very communicative. We got along well and had similar mind set--making it easy to work with him. He understood the neighborhood since he lives in the area and I reached out to him primarily because of his marketing postcards. They didnt just talk about home sales in the area, but offered other tid bits of information.
John was very communicative and patient. He was great to work with and I appreciate(d) his honesty and attentiveness to my concerns.

John Steeby was an expert in all things and we truly relied on his expertise, knowledge, and honesty as first time home buyers who were extremely unfamiliar with the entire process. John immediately made us feel comfortable, not rushed, and confident in his abilities which made this process feel like a breeze. John was always available when we needed him, and gave us space when we needed it. He respected us both as a couple and always had our best interests in mind. John went above and beyond for us with his negotiating skills and made our offer shine while still ensuring we were comfortable with every step! We truly felt like we were getting the best service a broker could offer, and were extremely pleased with the entire process.
