Client Reviews & Testimonials
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Every day so far in our new house has felt like vacation -- the neighborhood and house itself are perfect for our family. We might have found ourselves in this place if we were working with someone other than Jana, but I doubt it. First, she guided us through the sale of our previous house, helping us attract competitive offers within a couple days. When we had issues during the inspection, she was able to get a specialist on site to resolve the problem on very short notice. When it came to buying our new house, she made sure we had the best offer and tirelessly advocated for us throughout contract negotiations and closing.
The COVID-19 outbreak hit Denver right in the middle of our search, and the rules for conducting real estate business changed seemingly every day. Jana kept the process moving, anticipating possible hurdles and making sure our sale and purchase didn't stall.
She provided us with good advice when we needed it and listened carefully when we expressed concerns or explained what we were looking for. Throughout this stressful transition in our lives, Jana was a consistent ally.

Jana did a wonderful job helping my mother find a house so I knew Jana from that process. This was my first time looking for a house of my own and Jana patiently guided me through the entire process from visiting prospective houses to closing on my own purchase of a wonderful house that is a perfect fit for me. Jana thoughtfully advised me and talked through options with me every time I had any questions or concerns. After closing, Jana even helped me select a roof material and colors, and then followed up with the roofing contractors to make sure the work was completed promptly and properly. I love my new house and I feel very lucky to have had Jana Miller as my broker. I would very highly recommend Jana to anyone looking for a home!

Jana gave us expert advice in preparing our home for sale. The process was challenging, but the end result exceeded our expectations and helped sell our house in in the first few days of the listing with multiple offers. We would highly recommend Jana and Corcoran.

Jana Miller is by far away the best real estate agent I have ever used. She was very professional, understanding of my needs, and got back to me in a timely manner each and every time I reached out to her.
I would highly recommend Jana Miller to anyone looking to buy a house in Colorado and cannot say enough great things about her professionalism flar exceeding any and all of my expectations.
Jana Miller is a rockstar real estate agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Colorado.
Not only did Jana exceed all of my expectations. She was able to negotiate with the seller to the point my head was spinning. She was able to negotiate the seller leaving the outside patio furniture, coming down on the cost for repairs, as well as communicating with the seller after closing on various miscellaneous items. So grateful to have found Jana Miller through my friend. So much gratitude.
