Denise is an over-the-top go getter. She does not leave anything to chance. Denise covered all the bases and made sure the property was presented in the best possible way to make a sale. She worked all kinds of hours getting things ready and following through with us and buyers to get the job done. She even found a carpet firm and the right carpet and did all the work necessary to get it installed as soon as possible. You will be way ahead in the selling process if you choose Denise to represent your property.

Denise was extremely sensitive to my questions and concerns about the entire selling process.
She certainly set me at ease during our first conversation while outlining the basics of the selling process right down to any possible "Nitty Gritty" that might come up along the way. I was confident that she had my best interest at heart and was immediately available the entire time.
There were a few hurdles along the way and Denise was quick to address the answer. She and her team with Corcoran would quickly determine the best approach to resolve the issue and we all moved on. Of course, the fact that she listed my home on MLS June 13th and we were sitting at the closing table July 11 certainly sums it up perfectly.
