We have previously worked with Delfino and simply put, he is outstanding, and we will continue to work with him going forward.
In the end, I spoke with the seller of the house and here is a brief summary. They had another offer, which was a cash offer, and it was higher than our best offer. However the sellers agent talked the sellers into going with ours exclusively due to Delfino’s professionalism on a previous deal with her. Additionally the sellers noted that they liked dealing with Delfino as the buyers agent. We would not have gotten this house otherwise
