I highly recommend Strawberry Windholz to someone buying or selling in the Wheat Ridge and surrounding areas. She is highly knowledgeable about the area. She has been wonderful in so many ways and has shown us an incredible amount of patience when working with my mom to downsize our family home and find my mom the perfect condo!

I’ve worked with a handful of realtors on buying/selling houses in the past and Strawberry is by far the best one!! Her best skill is the ability to listen and guide you to the most practical real estate decision for your needs. Yes, she will get you the best financial deal, but more importantly she brings a lot of experience and knowledge to every step of the real estate process that is personalized for your situation. If you want the best, Strawberry is the realtor for you!
